We are looking for a Move-In Coordinator to support our Columbus, OH Senior Living Communities.

Position Summary: In accordance with the Wallick Mission and Values, the Move-In Coordinator will provide administrative support for the move-ins for Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years previous experience in an administrative and customer relations role.
Proficiency in operating a computer and Microsoft Office Software.
Social media experience a plus
Functions and Responsibilities:
Responsible for move-in process upon receipt of community fees
Conducts tours as needed
Daily Review of new resident checklist
Coordinates move in dates with families and movers (if needed)
Works with maintenance and housekeeping to ensure units are move in ready.
Enters inquiry form data into Yardi.
Organizes and completes move in packages and upload to Yardi.
Assist with Community Social Media direction
Assist with collection of Medicaid Waiver application documentation.
Physical Demands: Position requires work to be preformed in an office setting. Extensive use of a computer, Keyboard, and mouse; requires talking, seeing, and hearing. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment: Work takes place in an office setting with moderate noise levels. Occasional travel may be required.
